What the app does

Flooring Safety Pack helps commercial flooring contractors prepare job safety records, including project details, SSSP information, SDS and hazardous substance notes, Site Safe information, hot works permits, worker sign-on/sign-off records and exportable contractor packs.

Data stored by the app

The app can store project names, site addresses, contractor and worker names, safety notes, SDS details, hot works details, supporting document notes, signatures or names entered into forms, and foreground location coordinates if a user chooses to capture GPS during sign-on or sign-off.

Location use

Location is used only for worker sign-on and sign-off records after an in-app disclosure. The app does not request background location and does not use location for advertising, analytics or tracking.

Sharing and exports

Users can export or share safety packs and editable project data by email, file sharing or other tools on the device. Once a user shares an exported file, that copy is controlled by the recipient and the sharing app used by the device.

No developer backend

Flooring Safety Pack does not use a developer-operated backend, account login, advertising SDK, analytics SDK or crash-reporting SDK. Records are intended to stay on the device unless the user exports or shares them. In the current app version, project and worker records are stored locally on the device or browser storage.

Deleting local data

For deletion, the app includes a Clear local data action to remove local project, worker and GPS records from the app on that device. This does not delete copies already exported, emailed, downloaded or shared outside the app.
